First Capital provides periodic and comprehensive reports and services to more than 1,500 individual and institutional investors. We prepare progress reports detailing project operations and distribute annual financial statements and cash flow distributions.
As a service to investors, we provide an annual tax planning letter in the Fall of each year, as well as annual K-1 tax statements by March 15 of each year.
Upon request we provide valuations of limited partnership interests and process assignments and transfers of such interests in the event of death, divorce, or gift. Our proprietary software allows us to quickly access information and respond to investor requests.
